The Role.
We are seeking a motivated and experienced Team member to join our team. As a Team member, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our restaurant, ensuring excellent customer service, and maintaining a positive work environment. If you have strong leadership skills, a passion for the culinary industry, and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, we would love to hear from you.

Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of restaurant staff during assigned shifts
- Provide guidance and support to team members, ensuring they adhere to company policies and procedures
- Assist with cash handling and ensure accurate cash register operations
- Oversee food preparation and ensure adherence to quality standards
- Monitor inventory levels and place orders as needed
- Address customer concerns and resolve any issues that may arise
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and dining area
- Train new employees on job duties and procedures
- Collaborate with management to develop strategies for improving overall restaurant performance

Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a leadership role within the restaurant industry is preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of culinary techniques and food safety regulations
- Excellent problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays

We offer competitive pay rates plus share tips for each shift.

No experience starting at $14, with a year of restaurant experience $15-$18
