Construction Estimator

Construction Estimator - Responsible for quantity takeoff, determining necessary resources and time for a construction project. Collaboration with engineers, clients, owner representatives, sales representatives, and other contractors on preparing and submitting estimates. Compiling and presenting applicable submittals on individual projects. Willing to train the right candidate.

May require jobsite visits to gather information (nothing outside of New Jersey). Estimating or construction experience is a plus. Must be very organized, thorough, and motivated.

Pay TBD based on experience. Room for advancement.
