We are a fast-paced State Farm Agency in Boulder looking for a relentless Sales Associate who thrives on competition and "the win". Core Responsibilities
- Aggressive Lead Follow-Up: Conduct high-volume outbound calling, texting, and emailing to agency-provided leads.
- Needs-Based Selling: Identify customer needs and market appropriate State Farm products, including Auto, Home, and Life insurance.
- Goal Achievement: Meet and exceed monthly sales targets and activity metrics.
- Expert Education: Guide potential clients through their coverage options with absolute confidence, ensuring they understand the value of being with State Farm.

Qualifications
- Licensing: Must have or be able to obtain Colorado Property & Casualty and Life & Health licenses.
- Experience: Prior sales experience (inside/outside sales, retail, or telemarketing) is preferred, but a "killer" instinct is mandatory.
- Location: Ability to work in-office in Boulder, CO.
Compensation & Benefits
- Base Salary + Uncapped Commission: Base pay ranges typically start between $40,000–$50,000 depending on experience, with total earning potential of $70,000–$100,000+ for high performers.
