About Arts & Learning Conservatory
Arts & Learning Conservatory is a nonprofit 501(c)(3) arts organization serving students and families throughout Orange County through high-quality arts education, performances, camps, and community programs.
Our apprentices work directly with experienced professionals in a collaborative, creative environment where learning happens through real projects, mentorship, and meaningful artistic work.
Position Details
- Position Type: Paid Apprenticeship
- Location: Costa Mesa, California
- Compensation: Starting at $18/hour
- Guaranteed Raises: Two guaranteed raises during the apprenticeship program
- Schedule: Up to 40 hours per week based on your availability
- Commitment: One-year apprenticeship program
- Advancement Opportunity: Potential transition into permanent staff positions upon successful completion
