Are you passionate about sales, customer service, and design? We are looking for a motivated and creative part-time Sales Associate to join our team!
In this role, you will assist customers with product selections, provide design guidance, and build strong customer relationships while driving sales growth. The ideal candidate has previous sales experience, an eye for design, and the ability to create an exceptional customer experience from start to finish.
Responsibilities:
- Assist customers with product selections and design recommendations
- Develop and maintain strong customer relationships
- Prepare quotes and follow up on sales opportunities
- Coordinate with team members to ensure excellent customer service
- Stay current on product knowledge and design trends
- Help maintain showroom appearance and merchandising
Qualifications:
- Previous sales experience required
- Design background or strong design skills preferred
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail and customer-focused attitude
- Experience in flooring, tile, kitchen & bath, or interior design is a plus

Hours:
3 days: 9am-5pm with alternating Saturdays 11am-3pm
