Business Development Coordinator

Ethos is a growing national service coordination company focused on helping property managers and commercial customers solve exterior maintenance and property service issues quickly, professionally, and reliably. We specialize in streamlined communication, fast quoting, supplier coordination, and dependable follow-through.



We are looking for a highly organized and proactive Business Development & Account Coordinator to help grow our customer base, strengthen existing customer relationships, and support recurring revenue growth.

This role is ideal for someone who is:

We are looking for someone who can consistently build relationships, create opportunities, coordinate follow-up, and help expand long-term customer accounts.


RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Conduct outbound calls and email outreach to property managers, commercial customers, residential customers, and prospective accounts
  • Follow up on marketing mailers and inbound inquiries
  • Coordinate quote requests and customer communication
  • Help maintain and update customer relationship management systems and sales pipelines
  • Schedule meetings, walkthroughs, and follow-up conversations
  • Assist with account expansion opportunities across additional properties and locations
  • Support recurring customer retention and relationship management
  • Track outreach activity, quotes, wins, and customer follow-up status
  • Help identify and qualify strong-fit customer opportunities
  • Coordinate with operations to ensure smooth customer onboarding and communication
  • Maintain professional and timely communication with customers and vendors




QUALIFICATIONS: 

  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Comfortable with outbound calls/texts/emails, follow-up, and relationship building
  • Self-motivated and dependable
  • Detail-oriented with strong follow-through
  • Able to manage multiple conversations and tasks simultaneously
  • Experience in sales, account coordination, customer service, property management, vendor coordination, or business development is preferred
  • Experience with CRM systems, spreadsheets, or project management tools is a plus
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced growing business environment
