Part-Time Fulfillment Assistant (Remote in Illinois)
We’re looking for a committed, patient and detail-oriented person in Chicago to help assemble, package, and ship our product.

Time commitment: 4 hours/week
Pay: $100/week
Location: Chicago (must be able to drop packages at USPS/UPS)
What you'd do:
- Receive completed 3D printed heads
- Attach heads to figure bodies using super glue
- Dress figures with pre-selected outfits
- Place figures into packaging
- Print shipping labels
- Drop off completed orders to USPS/UPS once per week
This happens around 3 - 4 times per month depending on order volume.
No special experience needed - I’ll show you the process. Looking for someone detail-oriented, patient and reliable who can follow a checklist and make sure orders are packaged carefully.
Requirements:
- Will stay in the same location for 1 year
- Based in Chicago
- Has desk space to assemble product
- Has some place to keep 2 boxes for inventory
- Patient
- Committed for 1 year
- Able to make a USPS/UPS drop-off once a week
- Flexible schedule
Bonus if you:
- Have experience with Etsy/Shopify fulfillment
- Have worked with packaging, inventory, or small businesses
- Own a car
