Trading Card Store Helper
We are seeking an enthusiastic and dependable Trading Card Store Helper to assist with daily operations in our trading card store and online business. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys collectibles, works well in a fast-paced environment, and is willing to help wherever needed as part of a collaborative team.
The Trading Card Store Helper will assist customers, help maintain an organized and welcoming store environment, support e-commerce and auction operations, and contribute to the overall success of the business through strong teamwork and attention to detail.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist customers with purchases, questions, and general product knowledge
- Help organize, stock, and maintain store displays and inventory
- Support online operations including e-commerce listings, auctions, packaging, and shipping
- Sort, organize, and process trading cards and collectibles
- Assist with inventory management and product intake
- Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming store environment
- Support live events, trade nights, tournaments, or promotions when needed
- Assist team members with day-to-day store and operational tasks
- Help ensure accurate pricing, labeling, and product organization
- Provide excellent customer service both in-store and online
Qualifications
- Interest in trading cards, collectibles, gaming, or hobby culture preferred
- Previous retail, customer service, warehouse, or e-commerce experience is a plus
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
- Basic computer skills and willingness to learn online systems
- Reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Comfortable handling repetitive tasks and inventory work

Schedule & Compensation
- Full-time or part-time available
