Physical Therapist

Adecco Healthcare & Life Sciences is hiring a temp-to-hire Physical Therapist (PT) for our orthopedic partner in Vineland and Mullica, NJ.

Location: Vineland, NJ (Outpatient Orthopedic Clinic)
Schedule: Flexible start times (as early as 7:00 AM); must work at least two evenings per week until 7:00 PM
Patient Volume: 17–20 patients per day
Compensation: $80,000 – $110,000 annually
Compensation is based on qualifications, experience, and competencies.

Position Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Physical Therapist to join a thriving outpatient orthopedic team. This role offers the opportunity to practice in a collaborative clinical environment focused on evidence-based treatment, manual therapy techniques, and functional rehabilitation.

Position Summary

The Physical Therapist is responsible for performing comprehensive patient evaluations, developing individualized plans of care, establishing measurable functional goals, and overseeing overall patient management.

Core Responsibilities

Perform comprehensive patient evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans

Establish measurable goals and modify treatment plans as clinically indicated

Utilize evidence-based practice, manual therapy techniques, and functional interventions

Supervise and direct Physical Therapist Assistants as appropriate

Maintain accurate and timely documentation, including evaluations, progress notes, and discharge summaries

Educate and empower patients to actively participate in their recovery

Collaborate with therapists and clinic staff to ensure high-quality patient care

Maintain compliance with clinic policies and state practice regulations

Handle and transport medical equipment and supplies (up to 50 lbs.)

Assist patients with mobility and stand for extended periods

Required Qualifications

Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree or qualifying prior PT degree from an accredited program

Active New Jersey Physical Therapy License or eligibility for licensure

Strong clinical knowledge in orthopedic rehabilitation

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to work in a collaborative, team-based environment

Ability to manage a fast-paced outpatient setting
