B2B Sales Representative (Remote, Commission Only)

We’re growing our commercial team.

 

The Role

Your role is to start conversations with business owners and decision makers, qualify interest, and book discovery calls.

You will use your own LinkedIn profile (optimized by us) to run outbound campaigns.

 

The process is automated.

Setup takes around 15 minutes, and after that the daily work is usually around 5 minutes per day to check replies and continue conversations.

This makes it ideal as a side hustle or additional income stream.

If you perform well, you can also grow into closing deals, handling sales calls, and increasing your commissions significantly.

Compensation

No base salary.

Performance-based only.

Appointment Setting
3% per closed client
Average payout: $750+ per client

Closing
10% per closed client
Average payout: $2,500+ per client

Both on the same client
13% total

No cap.

Strong performers can scale this into meaningful monthly income.

Europe, North America, Singapore, UAE, Australia, or New Zealand
