Early Childhood Activities Coordinator
Join us at USA Sport Group this upcoming Summer Season as an Early Childhood Activities Coordinator and make a meaningful hands-on impact on young children's early development!
As an Early Childhood Activities Coordinator, you will lead engaging and interactive "Parent & Me" classes for toddlers aged 18 months to 3 years alongside their parents or guardians. This role involves creating an imaginative and nurturing environment that focuses on early motor skill development, coordination, and bonding through interactive sports activities. The ideal candidate has a solid background in early childhood education and possesses a lively, enthusiastic personality that can inspire and energize young minds.
The Summer Season begins in early July and runs through August. Candidates are ideally available for the entire season, with sessions typically scheduled on Saturday and Sunday mornings. We provide comprehensive curriculums, all necessary equipment, fantastic rates of pay, and paid training before you begin. Ongoing employment opportunities are available, allowing you to continue your journey with us and make a lasting impact on our community.
You will be required to attend a Virtual Introductory Hiring Presentation where you can learn more about USA Sport Group and the coaching opportunities available, from the comfort of your own home! At the conclusion of the presentation, we will outline the next steps in our recruitment process, including an in-person hiring event.
Does this sound like you?
- Early-education teaching experience (Highly preferred)
- A fun and bubbly personality to keep the children engaged
- Ability to relate and communicate with children, parents, and co-workers
- Enthusiasm about sports & teaching basic skills to beginners
- Desire to learn and improve as an educator or coach
The ideal candidate SHOULD meet the following criteria:
- 17 or older
- Valid driver’s license & access to a vehicle to transport equipment
