Job Title: After-School Sports Instructor (Coach)

Location: Tucson, AZ


Job Description: We are looking for reliable instructors who enjoy working with kids and playing sports! You will help kids build confidence and learn the basics of various sports in a fun, positive environment. 

Sessions will begin after Labor Day 2026

What You Will Need:

  • Experience working with kids 
  • Comfortability working in a athletic or recreational setting 
  • Basic knowledge of sports a plus (We provide curriculum and training)
  • Punctuality, Professionalism, Patience and a Fun Attitude
  • Reliable Transportation to and from school locations (No mileage reimbursements)
  • Availability between 2:00 pm 6:00 pm M-F
  • Pass a Mandatory Drug and Background Screen

What You Will Do:

  • Lead or assist after school sport classes 
  • Run a high energy session focusing on safety, fun, teamwork and skill building
  • Manage and transport equipment and set up
  • Engage with kids in pre-school, grades k-8

Pay & Work Environment

  • Starting pay $20.00/hr.
  • Part- time, typically 1-3 days per week
  • Classes will have between 10-20 kids
  • Mandatory training
  • Work Locations will be throughout the greater Tucson area
