Position Overview
Maass Excavating & Trucking Inc. is seeking a detail-oriented and dependable Customer Service Representative to support our administrative and customer service operations.

This position is ideal for individuals who are organized, responsive, and comfortable working independently in a professional environment. The selected candidate will assist with data management, customer communication, scheduling coordination, and administrative support tasks.

Key Responsibilities
Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and online platforms
Accurately enter, update, and maintain records in company systems
Schedule appointments, consultations, and service requests
Provide information regarding company services and processes
Maintain organized digital files and documentation
Address customer concerns professionally and escalate issues when necessary
Ensure timely and accurate communication with clients and team members
Support daily administrative and operational tasks as assigned

Qualifications Required
High school diploma or equivalent
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Basic computer proficiency, including email and spreadsheets
Ability to work independently in a remote environment
Strong organizational and time management abilities
Reliable internet connection and personal computer

Preferred
Previous experience in customer service, data entry, or administrative support
Familiarity with CRM systems or customer support software

Compensation
$20–$29 per hour, based on experience
