Manufacturing Engineer
A Manufacturing Engineer- Operations supports the design, development, and optimization of manufacturing processes and systems. They work closely with engineers and production teams to ensure efficiency, quality, and safety in manufacturing operations and in Supervisor of the R&D/Tool room department.
Primary Tactical Responsibilities
- Coordinate with Director of Manufacturing for incoming work.
- Monitoring of assigned jobs in-process will be done within estimate & to specifications.
- Evaluates job folders & distributes jobs to team based on difficulty level and assigns jobs to properly qualified department personnel and communicates requirements for success.
- Scheduling work and achieving on-time commitments of department operations.
- Collaboration with your Manager & other departments’ leadership from and to which workflows.
- Equipment Preventative Maintenance & General Maintenance.
- Assist in machine setups with reporting department personnel when necessary
- Set Up and Run Jobs
Primary Strategic Responsibilities
- Perform/Coach problem solving and success in challenging requirements.
- Recommends measures to improve production methods, lights out performance, equipment performance and utilization, and quality of product (Process Optimization).
- Suggest changes in working conditions and use of equipment to increase efficiency of department.
- Ensures ‘Safety’ within the respective department.

Offered Compensation is commensurate with experience.
