About ConcreteCEO
Based in Fort Collins, Colorado, ConcreteCEO is a marketing and consulting company focused on helping concrete contractors and construction businesses grow.
We work with clients across the United States on:
- brand positioning
- lead generation
- content marketing
- business development
- consulting
What makes us different is that we also own and operate our own concrete construction company, Cesar’s Concrete. We’re not just marketers looking in from the outside — we understand the industry because we’re actively in it every day.
Our marketing is heavily content-driven, founder-led, and fast-moving. We care about practical execution, strong systems, and building brands that actually generate business.
About the Role
We’re looking for a highly organized, marketer to help run the day-to-day marketing execution for ConcreteCEO and Cesar’s Concrete. In this position you will not be a "cog in the machine". You’ll work directly with the founder, help turn ideas into published content, coordinate creative projects, and keep the marketing machine moving.
This role is ideal for someone early in their career who wants real responsibility, enjoys a dynamic environment, and is excited to grow alongside a small, ambitious business.
You’ll get hands-on experience across:
- content creation and distribution
- social media
- project management
- creator workflows
- brand building
- marketing systems
You’ll also have opportunities to:
- think creatively
- improve processes
- introduce new tools and systems
- help shape how our marketing operation grows over time
Every day looks a little different, so the right person for this role is someone who enjoys variety, takes initiative, and thrives in a quick-paced environment where each day brings new opportunities and challenges.
We care more about organization, communication, follow-through, and attitude than having a perfect resume.
