ABOUT VIRTUAL COWORKER
Virtual Coworker is an offshore recruitment agency specialising in connecting Filipino
professionals with SME businesses across the US and Australasia. We are growing fast and
currently rolling out Zoho One across our entire operation. We need the right person sitting at
the centre of that transformation.
ABOUT THE ROLE
We have an external Zoho implementation team, but we need our own internal advocate -
someone who truly understands the platform and can represent our needs, drive our roadmap,
and ensure the build actually solves our problems. This is not a passive admin role. You will
identify where AI and automation can remove roadblocks across our workflow, build those
solutions, and keep pushing the platform forward. The scope includes Zoho CRM, Zoho Recruit,
and our broader suite of dashboards and reporting tools.
WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING
• Serve as the internal Zoho One subject matter expert, liaising directly with our external
development team to keep implementation on track and aligned to our actual needs
• Manage and continuously improve Zoho CRM - pipelines, custom modules, fields, views,
automations, and workflows
• Develop and maintain Zoho Recruit configurations including candidate workflows, job
templates, and integration with CRM
• Design and build Zoho Analytics dashboards that give leadership real-time visibility into
KPIs and performance metrics
• Identify process bottlenecks and proactively propose and implement Zoho-based
automations to eliminate manual work
• Integrate Zoho modules with third-party tools using Zoho Flow, Deluge scripting, and APIs
• Implement and leverage AI features within Zoho (Zia and related tools) to enhance how
we work
• Train internal staff on Zoho tools, create documentation, and support adoption across the
team
• Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and manage user permissions and
security settings
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
• Proven hands-on experience with Zoho One - specifically Zoho CRM and Zoho Recruit
• Proficiency in Deluge scripting for custom functions and automation
• Experience building workflows and integrations via Zoho Flow or the Zoho API

• Solid understanding of AI tooling within Zoho and a genuine interest in applying it
practically
• Ability to translate messy business requirements into clean, scalable system logic
• Strong communication skills - you will regularly interface with non-technical stakeholders
and an external dev team
• A self-starter mindset; someone who spots what is broken and fixes it without being asked
