Design & Operations Coordinator

BloomStay Collection partners with property owners to transform homes into high-performing, fully furnished short-term and corporate rental properties. We specialize in creating thoughtfully designed spaces that attract premium tenants such as traveling professionals, insurance clients, and corporate stays.

 

We are seeking a Design & Operations Coordinator Intern who has a passion for interior styling, organization, and real estate. This role blends light design work with hands-on operational coordination, giving you exposure to how properties are set up, launched, and maintained for success.

You’ll play a key role in ensuring our properties are beautifully presented, guest-ready, and consistently maintained.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design & Setup Support
  • Assist with furnishing and styling rental properties based on BloomStay design standards
  • Help source décor, furniture, and essentials within budget
  • Support on-site setup and finishing touches for new listings

Vendor & Relationship Management

  • Coordinate with cleaning teams, maintenance vendors, and delivery services
  • Schedule services and ensure timelines are met for property readiness
  • Maintain positive relationships with local service providers

Turnover & Property Readiness

  • Help oversee cleaning and turnover processes between tenants
  • Conduct basic quality checks to ensure properties meet BloomStay standards
  • Identify and report any maintenance or restocking needs

Operational Support

  • Assist with inventory tracking (linens, toiletries, supplies)
  • Support process improvements for smoother property operations

  • Comfortable coordinating multiple moving pieces
  • Ability to travel locally to properties (when needed)
  • Self-starter with a proactive mindset

Bonus Skills (desirable, but not required)

  • Experience with Airbnb or short-term rentals
  • Basic design eye or familiarity with staging
  • Vendor coordination or project management experience
