Summer Marketing & Marina Operations Internship

All Seasons Marina

Join the team at All Seasons Marina for a summer filled with lake life, events, and hands-on marketing experience. This internship is ideal for students interested in hospitality, tourism, social media, and customer engagement.

Interns will report directly to the Marketing Director and receive hands-on educational opportunities including participation in marketing meetings, social ad creation, campaign planning, content strategy, and hospitality branding initiatives.

Responsibilities:

● Create social media content and assist with promotions

● Support marina events and community engagement

● Assist guests with rentals, fuel dock questions, and marina information

● Capture lifestyle content showcasing boating and marina amenities

● Work closely with marina leadership on marketing initiatives

● Learn digital marketing and advertising strategy

Educational Internship Agreement

1. Purpose

The purpose of this internship is educational training and professional development. The internship is intended to provide practical learning experience related to the intern’s academic studies.

2. No Employment Relationship

The intern understands and agrees that:

  • participation is voluntary,
  • and the internship does not create an employment relationship.

3. Academic Credit

The intern is participating in connection with an academic program and may receive academic credit subject to school approval.

4. Educational Nature of Internship

The company agrees to provide:

  • mentorship,
  • observational learning,
  • supervised training,
  • professional feedback,
  • and educational assignments.

5. No Displacement of Employees

The intern will not replace paid employees and will work under supervision for educational purposes.

6. No Guarantee of Employment

Completion of the internship does not entitle the intern to employment or future compensation.

7. Internship Duration

Start Date: June 1st
End Date: August 31st

Expected Schedule: 6-8 hours a week

8. Confidentiality

The intern agrees to maintain confidentiality regarding company information and client materials.

9. Optional Discretionary Stipend Clause

The company may, at its sole discretion, provide a voluntary stipend, reimbursement, or completion bonus. Such payment is not guaranteed and is not compensation for hours worked.

By signing below, both parties acknowledge understanding of this educational internship arrangement.
