Business Development & Marketing Intern

OMIRA is a portfolio operating company that builds, owns, and scales businesses across services, technology, marketing, staffing, brands, software, and real estate. Unlike traditional companies where interns are placed into one narrow department, this role is designed to provide hands-on exposure across multiple areas of business and multiple companies inside the OMIRA ecosystem.

This is a high-exposure internship for ambitious individuals who want real-world experience inside a fast-moving startup environment. Interns will work directly alongside operators and leadership while gaining experience in business development, marketing, sales systems, content creation, operations, AI automation, partnerships, and growth strategy.

We are not looking for people who simply want something to put on a resume. We are looking for hard-working, coachable individuals who want to learn quickly, take initiative, and grow inside a real business ecosystem. The people who succeed in this role are self-starters, move fast, communicate well, and are excited by entrepreneurship, startups, business systems, and long-term growth opportunities.

This role is fully remote with flexible scheduling and is designed to give interns exposure to how modern businesses are actually built, operated, and scaled. This is an unpaid internship position to start - its is not meant to stay that way. There is real opportunity to grow into part-time payroll, full-time payroll, or even equity for someone who proves they can take ownership and add serious value.

For the right person, there is also potential to step into more of a Managing Director role - someone who can actually help run and manage one of OMIRA's businesses directly.

Responsibilities
• Assist with business development and sales outreach initiatives
• Support lead generation, CRM management, and pipeline organization
• Help create and organize marketing and social media content
• Assist with content creation, video editing, and brand positioning
• Support startup launches and operational projects across multiple businesses
• Participate in market research, partnership outreach, and growth initiatives
• Help build and improve internal systems, SOPs, and workflows
• Assist with AI automation projects and digital business systems
• Track analytics, business performance data, and operational metrics
• Collaborate with team members across multiple OMIRA companies

Ideal Candidate
• Interested in entrepreneurship, startups, marketing, business development, or operations
• Strong work ethic and willingness to learn quickly
• Organized, adaptable, and comfortable in a fast-paced environment
• Strong communication skills
• Self-motivated and able to take initiative without constant supervision
• Interested in gaining broad exposure across multiple areas of business
• No prior experience required — attitude, effort, and willingness to learn matter most
