We are building the foundation of a fast-moving real estate business and are looking for a motivated intern who can help us organize, communicate, and improve the way the company operates day to day.

About the Role
We are looking for a hands-on Marketing, Communications & Business Operations Intern to support our growing real estate business. This is a practical startup role for someone who enjoys putting things together, organizing information, improving systems, and helping a business become more structured and efficient.

The intern will support marketing content, social media posting, Excel-based tracking, basic accounting organization, and internal operations. This is a great opportunity for someone who wants to learn how a real estate startup works from the inside.

Responsibilities

Marketing & Communications:

  • Assist with posting content on Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and other platforms.
  • Help organize photos, videos, captions, and property-related content.
  • Support basic marketing campaigns for available apartments and rooms.
  • Help improve the company’s online presence and communication style.
  • Assist with simple content calendars and posting schedules.

Business Operations & Organization:

  • Help organize internal files, documents, listings, contacts, and business information.
  • Support the creation of simple systems to make the startup more efficient.
  • Assemble information from different sources into clear folders, spreadsheets, and trackers.
  • Help improve the structure of day-to-day business operations.

Excel, Numbers & Basic Accounting Support:

  • Enter and organize data in Excel.
  • Track expenses, payments, rents, invoices, and basic financial information.
  • Help maintain clean spreadsheets and update numbers accurately.
  • Assist with basic reporting and monthly summaries.
  • Support the team in keeping business information organized and easy to understand.

What We’re Looking For

  • Student or recent graduate in Marketing, Communications, Business, Accounting, Real Estate, Entrepreneurship, or a related field.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Comfortable using Excel.
  • Interest in social media, content creation, and digital communication.
  • Ability to work independently and take initiative.
  • Comfortable working in a startup environment where tasks may vary from day to day.
  • Interest in real estate, property management, or small business operations is a plus.

Ideal Candidate
The ideal candidate is organized, proactive, creative, and comfortable helping a young company build stronger systems. You do not need to know everything already, but you should be willing to learn, take notes, follow through, and help make things cleaner, clearer, and better organized.
