Mobile Infrastructure Corporation is a Cincinnati headquartered publicly-traded real estate company that acquires, optimizes, and manages a diversified portfolio of 35 parking facilities throughout the United States. As one of the largest asset owners within the parking space, we seek to acquire under-utilized parking facilities, optimize those assets — both from a usage and capital perspective — and manage them to their fullest potential. The Asset Management Analyst supports the Asset Management team and will report directly to the Director of Asset Management. Candidates must be highly pro-active and self-driven, have a strong work ethic, and experience managing multiple competing priorities at the same time.
Envisioned Responsibilities:
- Build, deploy, and maintain automated workflows / processes, leveraging Microsoft Power Platform (Automate, Apps, BI) and AI Tools (CoPilot, Claude, ChatGPT), to help the company drive revenue growth and operational efficiency
- Partner with internal stakeholders and property managers to identify additional manual processes that can be automated, scaled, or improved
- Ingest, normalize, and surface large volumes of data into meaningful reports to help create actionable insights for the Asset Management team to drive financial performance
- Work collaboratively with on-site parking operators to manage leasing, operations, and capex / R&M projects across our portfolio
- Assist with the preparation of presentations and financial models to support annual budgeting process, asset-level business plans (including hold / sell analyses), strategic revenue growth and cost saving initiatives, and customer / vendor negotiations
- Assist with scoping, quote collection & negotiation, and delivery of capex / R&M projects
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree (ideally in Finance, Economics, Statistics, Real Estate)
- Integrity, humility, and team-first attitude
- Highly analytical with a strong attention to detail
- Exceptional work ethic with the ability to work in a lean team environment
- Intellectually Curious – Desire to understand how things works, why they are done a certain way, and how to improve them
- Strong interpersonal and verbal / written communication skills, including the ability to communicate proactively to senior leadership
- Ability to manage multiple competing workstreams in a fast-paced environment
- Strong unstructured problem-solving skills - Ability to solve issues / roadblocks which arise with limited guidance and / or precedent materials
Nice-to-Have Qualifications
- Hands-on experience with the Microsoft Power Platform (BI, Automate, Apps)
- Demonstrated experience utilizing AI tools to assist in automating processes
- Microsoft Excel super user, including extensive financial modeling experience
Compensation & Benefits:
Compensation for this position consists of a base salary, plus an annual performance-based bonus. Mobile Infrastructure offers a competitive benefits package, including medical, vision, dental, and life insurance, 401(k) matching, family leave, and a permissive vacation policy.
Travel: Occasional travel to portfolio properties (roughly once a quarter)
