What You'll Do
- Launch & Operations: Oversee the grand opening, including local marketing, operational setup, and team recruiting and training.
- Performance Management: Manage daily operations with a focus on KPIs: labor and food costs, waste, and sales growth.
- Strategic Growth: Develop strategies to improve efficiency and identify local market opportunities.
- Team Leadership: Build and mentor a cohesive team, fostering a culture of excellence and hospitality.
- Standards & Safety: Ensure all products and service standards comply with franchise policies and food safety regulations.
- Financial Oversight: Manage inventory, cash flow, and financial reporting to meet or exceed profitability goals.
- Community Engagement: Represent the brand locally to drive awareness and customer loyalty.
What We're Looking For
- Experience: Proven management experience in a restaurant, bakery, or quick service food environment.
- Analytical Skills: Ability to interpret KPI data and use it to drive decisions.
- Growth Mindset: A founder-mentality approach with ambition to grow alongside the business.
- Launch Experience: Track record with new store openings or operational expansions.
- Leadership: Ability to build, train, and motivate teams in a fast-paced environment.
- Communication & Financial Literacy: Strong written/verbal communication and ability to manage under pressure.
- Education: High School diploma required; degree in Business or Hospitality a plus. ServSafe Manager certification required.
- Flexibility: Available evenings, weekends and holidays.
