Restaurant General Manager

What You'll Do

  • Launch & Operations: Oversee the grand opening, including local marketing, operational setup, and team recruiting and training.
  • Performance Management: Manage daily operations with a focus on KPIs: labor and food costs, waste, and sales growth.
  • Strategic Growth: Develop strategies to improve efficiency and identify local market opportunities.
  • Team Leadership: Build and mentor a cohesive team, fostering a culture of excellence and hospitality.
  • Standards & Safety: Ensure all products and service standards comply with franchise policies and food safety regulations.
  • Financial Oversight: Manage inventory, cash flow, and financial reporting to meet or exceed profitability goals.
  • Community Engagement: Represent the brand locally to drive awareness and customer loyalty.

 

What We're Looking For

  • Experience: Proven management experience in a restaurant, bakery, or quick service food environment.
  • Analytical Skills: Ability to interpret KPI data and use it to drive decisions.
  • Growth Mindset: A founder-mentality approach with ambition to grow alongside the business.
  • Launch Experience: Track record with new store openings or operational expansions.
  • Leadership: Ability to build, train, and motivate teams in a fast-paced environment.
  • Communication & Financial Literacy: Strong written/verbal communication and ability to manage under pressure.
  • Education: High School diploma required; degree in Business or Hospitality a plus. ServSafe Manager certification required.
  • Flexibility: Available evenings, weekends and holidays.

Compensation & Benefits

  • Salary: Starting at $60,000/yr + (bonus eligible)
