Client Account Specialist

We're hiring a Client Account Specialist to own billing accuracy and the client experience around it — making sure every property manager on our platform gets clear, correct, on-time billing.

What You'll Do

Billing & client support

  • Act as the primary billing contact for property managers.
  • Update our Insurance Operating System (IOS) to reflect client requests and changes.

Accuracy & revenue

  • Keep billing structures in the IOS accurate.
  • Spot revenue-flow improvements and work with engineering to ship them.
  • Build dashboards that show leadership how billing is performing.

Process & enablement

  • Create training videos and tools to improve the client billing experience.
  • Write playbooks for billing support, validation, and troubleshooting.
  • Standardize processes to prevent workflow breakdowns.

What We're Looking For

  • Sharp attention to detail and a strong instinct for data integrity.
  • Can explain technical and billing issues clearly to non-technical people.
  • Proactive, organized, and takes ownership.
  • Comfortable in-person, 5 days/week, in a fast-paced startup.
