Position Title:  Business Analyst Intern

Position Summary

The Business Analyst Intern participates in the development, implementation and maintenance of PO pricing, sales shipping data, customer data, product databases, sales reports and dashboards. 

Position responsibilities include but are not limited to: 

  • Design and maintain customer and product datasets in Excel, Google, several ERP systems, cloud-software, and within our CRM system and SalesQuote Applications.
  • Tracking of raw material indices and maintenance of quarterly price tables.
  • Audit to confirm correct price tables in various systems, ES47, QAD, AS400, SAP
  • Work with Account Managers for general sales data organization
  • Work with IT to provide excel tables for upload
  • Support the Commercial team with data requests, extraction, preparation, and analysis.
  • Other duties as assigned by Supervisor.

Qualifications-Education/Experience
Required:

  • Bachelor’s degree or Junior/Senior level student in actuarial science or accounting
  • Expert experience level with Office Suite software (Excel/PowerPoint)
  • Excellent written and verbal communications skills
  • Proactive self-starting personality

Preferred:

  • Familiarity and/or interest in the automotive industry & manufacturing
