Position Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales representative to join our growing team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, understands the marketing and events landscape, and is passionate about building strong client relationships. As a remote team member, you will play a key role in driving new business and expanding our client portfolio.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify, prospect, and develop new business opportunities
• Build and maintain strong relationships with brands, agencies, and partners
• Present and sell agency services including corporate hospitality, promotions, and experiential marketing campaigns
• Manage and track sales activities using Salesforce or similar CRM tools
• Conduct virtual meetings, pitches, and presentations
• Collaborate with internal teams to develop customized client solutions
• Consistently meet or exceed sales targets and revenue goals

Qualifications:

• 1-2 years experience in sales, business development, or agency environments
• Proficiency with Salesforce (or similar CRM platforms)
• Strong working knowledge of Microsoft platforms (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Experience using Canva for basic marketing or presentation materials
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
• Self-starter with the ability to work independently in a remote environment
• Interest or experience in sports, entertainment, or lifestyle marketing is a plus
