The Role
We're looking for a driven, visually sharp Brand & Creative Coordinator to support the creative identity of our CPG brand portfolio across multiple touchpoints. This is a hands-on execution role — you will bring brand visuals to life through graphic design, mood boarding, animation, and creative asset production. You'll work directly alongside senior leadership, website designers, and production vendors to ensure every brand shows up consistently and beautifully — from digital storefronts and social media to trade show booths and pop-up experiences in Los Angeles and New York City.
What You'll Own
• Brand asset creation — Produce visual assets including graphics, animations, mood boards, and color systems for our growing CPG brand portfolio • Graphic design execution — Hands-on work in Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop — packaging, marketing collateral, presentations, and campaign assets • Animation & motion graphics — Create animated content and motion graphics in After Effects, including character animation for original brand projects • Experiential & pop-up support — Assist in planning and executing branded pop-up experiences in Los Angeles and New York City — from concept through on-site execution • Trade show presence — Collaborate with our booth creation team on design, layout, and branded materials for all trade show appearances • Creative support for digital — Contribute to visual content strategy across Pinterest, Instagram, and other platforms — mood boarding, color palette curation, and campaign look and feel • Website creative collaboration — Work alongside our web design team to ensure brand consistency across all digital storefronts and landing pages • Trend & culture research — Stay ahead of consumer trends, build mood boards, and translate cultural insights into actionable creative direction
What We're Looking For
• Recent graduate with a degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, Marketing, Communications, or a related field • Strong proficiency in Adobe Illustrator and Adobe Photoshop — portfolio required • Motion graphics or animation experience, ideally in Adobe After Effects • A sharp visual eye with a passion for building brand identity from the ground up • Experience with mood boarding, color theory, and visual storytelling — Pinterest power user a strong plus • Comfortable working across both digital and physical brand touchpoints • Self-starter who thrives in a fast-moving, entrepreneurial environment • Able to work on-site in Vernon, CA with travel to LA and NYC for activations
Bonus Points
• Experience with character design or 2D animation • Experience with packaging design for consumer products • Familiarity with Figma or Shopify storefront aesthetics • Background in event production or experiential marketing • Video editing skills (Adobe Premiere) • Knowledge of print production and fabrication processes
