What You'll Do
- Deliver 1:1 ABA therapy in home, school, and community settings
- Implement treatment and behavior intervention plans under BCBA supervision
- Use play-based, naturalistic strategies to build communication, social, and life skills
- Collect data on skill acquisition and behavior using electronic systems
- Collaborate with BCBAs, families, and teammates with professionalism and care
Qualifications
- RBT certification or ability to complete our 14-day training program
- Must pass a background check
- Minimum 15 billable hours per week
- MondayโFriday availability preferred
- Strong commitment to punctuality, professionalism, and ethical standards
Sessions take place in clients' homes, schools, and community settings. Role involves physical activity such as bending, lifting, and floor-based play.
