Wealth Management Associate

We are growing and seeking a new Wealth Management Associate to join the team.  As a Financial Representative at Planning Alliance, you will work with individuals and businesses in your community, helping people protect themselves and their loved ones, by providing recommended strategies and products that help protect their financial futures and help them achieve their dreams. 

 

As a Wealth Management Associate you are…

  • A self‐motivated individual with a confident personality, high integrity, and a strong desire to succeed. 
  • Passionate about cultivating long-term relationships to help others reach their goals. 
  • Ambitious, entrepreneurial, and looking for career growth and development
  • Experienced with relationship building or client-facing sales 
  • A strong communicator
  • A college senior or recent graduate from a finance related field

 

What you’ll be doing: 

  • Develop and maintain relationships with clients. Work to understand their goals, concerns, and current financial information.
  • Analyze information to create a plan with appropriate strategies, products, and services.
  • Manage clients’ financial plans to ensure they are consistently aligned with their goals throughout the years
  • Design financial strategies to help clients reach their goals
  • Stay updated on market trends, investment opportunities, and regulatory changes
  • Collaborate with other professionals such as accountants and attorneys to offer comprehensive financial solutions

Requirements:

  • Must be a US Citizen or permanent resident
  • Willing and able to obtain appropriate licensing (NJ/NY Life, Accident, Health, FINRA SIE, Series 7, Series 66)
  • A four-year degree (Business, Finance or Financial Planning related)
