Account Coordinator

Position Summary

The Account Coordinator supports the account management team in the execution of client projects, communication, and day-to-day administrative tasks. This role is highly detail-oriented and focused on keeping projects organized, timelines updated, and internal teams aligned to ensure smooth project execution and excellent client service.

The Account Coordinator works closely with the Account Director, production team, and creative team to support ongoing client initiatives across promotional products, marketing campaigns, and branded merchandise projects. While this position is primarily remote, there may be instances where travel is needed, such as for client servicing or industry events.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the account team with daily project coordination and administrative tasks
  • Assist with managing timelines, deliverables, approvals, and project tracking
  • Prepare estimates, presentations, purchase orders, and client-facing materials
  • Coordinate internal communication between account, creative, and production teams
  • Maintain organized project documentation, status updates, and reporting
  • Assist with client communication and follow-up as needed
  • Track project progress and proactively flag potential issues or delays
  • Support meeting preparation, agendas, and recap notes
  • Help ensure projects remain on schedule and aligned with client expectations
  • Assist with product research, sourcing, and vendor coordination when needed

Qualifications

  • 1–3 years of administrative, account coordination, marketing, or agency experience preferred
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Detail-oriented with strong follow-through
  • Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace
  • Experience with project management tools is a plus
  • Promotional products, branding, or agency experience preferred but not required
