Working Relationships: Reports to Associate Pastor of Kids Ministry 

Direct Reports: None 

Job Classification: Full time with Benefits, 32+ hours per week 

Principal Functions: To help promote the vision of Hebron, as we follow Jesus and His Word, providing leadership to the Kids Ministry of the church. The primary responsibility of the Assistant Minister of Kids Ministry is to assist in leading the Kids Ministry by organizing the Connect Group and Assimilation ministries. The ultimate goal being to recruit volunteers and to empower the members of Hebron to carry out the ministry and mission of the church.
