In-Store Sales Representative
About the Role:
This is a high-energy, sales focused, Sales role where you’ll represent AT&T through in-store activations inside major retail partners. You’ll connect with customers face-to-face, spark conversations, and create a strong brand presence—no desk, no cold calling, just real interactions and real growth.
At Realist Marketing Inc., an authorized AT&T dealer, you’ll represent one of the most recognized brands in telecommunications while building your confidence, communication, and sales skills in a fast-paced environment.

What You’ll Do
- Represent AT&T through in-store activations inside partner locations like Target and Costco
- Proactively engage shoppers, spark conversations, and introduce AT&T products and services
- Demonstrate devices and break down plans, pricing, and promotions in a clear, relatable way
- Drive sales by guiding customers through the sign-up process using provided systems
- Set up and maintain a clean, professional pop-up-style presence within your assigned location (one per day)
What We’re Looking For
- Outgoing, confident, and comfortable starting conversations with new people.
- Strong communication skills with a customer-first mindset.
- Self-motivated and reliable, with transportation to assigned partner locations .
- Sales, promotions, or customer-facing experience is a plus (not required)
- 18+ with a high school diploma or equivalent.
