What You’ll Do:
- Generate sales by engaging with new customers via phone, voicemail, and email to promote and sell financial services offered (loans) in a call center environment – warm leads provided daily!
- Meet and exceed individual and team sales targets through effective sales techniques, objection handling, and follow-up strategies.
- Educate customers on our lending products, services, and competitive advantages that will help them meet their financial goals.
- Utilize strong communication, effective negotiation techniques, persistence, and persuasion skills to close sales with resilience and professionalism.
- Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
What We Look For:
We are urgently hiring hard working, driven, and coachable people who have a positive mindset, a passion to grow a career in sales, and strong communication to close them! If you have thrived in the serving or service industry - this may be the place for you!
- High school diploma, GED, or equivalent experience required.
- Previous experience in sales, retail sales, inside sales, phone sales, tech sales, telesales, bartending, service industry, serving industry, hostess experience, medical sales, business development, etc. is beneficial but not required.
- Prior work experience as a sales representative, sales development representative, retail sales associate, account manager, sales associate, sales manager, business development representative etc. is beneficial but not required.
- A positive attitude, resilience, and ability to handle rejection gracefully.
- Results-oriented and target-driven mindset with a willingness to go the extra mile to achieve sales goals.
- Adaptability to evolving sales techniques, strategies, and product offerings.
- Exhibits a can-do attitude, is coachable, and motivated to achieve sales goals.
- Extremely reliable and dependable.
- Fluency in Spanish a strong plus!
