Role Overview
As an Entry Level Sales & Trainee Management Associate, you will begin your career by actively engaging with customers, generating leads, and supporting our sales operations. Through structured on-the-job training, you’ll learn essential sales principles and leadership skills with the opportunity to grow into a sales management role within the organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate and qualify sales leads through outreach, customer interactions, and networking.
- Engage potential and existing customers to understand needs and recommend appropriate products/services.
- Support sales goals by meeting individual performance targets and contributing to team objectives.
- Learn and apply sales strategies, CRM systems, and reporting tools.
- Assist in preparing proposals, sales materials, and performance tracking.
- Participate in coaching, mentoring, and skills development sessions with senior leadership.
- Help motivate and support newer team members as you grow into leadership responsibilities.
