Freelance Transcriptionist

We are seeking experienced, U.S.-based freelance transcriptionists to support ongoing transcription projects across a range of content types, including interviews, public sector recordings, and general audio files.

This is a remote, project-based opportunity ideal for detail-oriented professionals who can deliver high-quality transcripts within tight turnaround times.

Responsibilities:
- Transcribe audio files in English with a high level of accuracy
- Follow project-specific formatting and style guidelines
- Meet assigned deadlines and manage multiple projects when needed
- Communicate proactively regarding any audio quality issues or
clarifications

Requirements:
- Proven experience in professional transcription (required)
- Strong command of English grammar, spelling, and punctuation
- Ability to handle verbatim transcription and follow detailed instructions
- High attention to detail and consistency in formatting
- Reliable internet connection and ability to meet deadlines

Additional Information:
- This is a freelance/independent contractor position
- Work is assigned on a rolling basis depending on project volume
