Cold Email Outreach & GTM AI Automation Specialist

We are looking for a tech-savvy, AI-first operator with experience building and managing cold email outreach campaigns, especially using Instantly.

This role is focused on helping build, launch, monitor, and optimize outbound campaigns. You’ll work with tools like Instantly, Clay, Apollo, HubSpot, and Apify to support lead sourcing, enrichment, personalization, campaign setup, deliverability, and performance tracking.

This is ideal for someone who understands cold email, is detail-oriented, and enjoys using AI and automation to improve GTM workflows.

Responsibilities

  • Build and manage cold email campaigns in Instantly
  • Set up sequences, inboxes, lists, personalization, and campaign settings
  • Support lead sourcing, enrichment, and segmentation using tools like Clay and Apollo
  • Help write, test, and improve outbound messaging
  • Monitor campaign performance, replies, bounce rates, open rates, and deliverability
  • Troubleshoot campaign issues and improve workflows
  • Maintain clean CRM and campaign data in HubSpot
  • Use AI tools to improve personalization, research, and workflow efficiency
  • Document processes so campaigns can be repeated and improved

What We’re Looking For

  • Experience with cold email outreach and outbound campaigns
  • Hands-on experience with Instantly or similar cold email tools
  • Strong attention to detail and comfort working with data
  • Familiarity with email deliverability basics
  • Interest in AI, automation, sales, marketing, and GTM systems
  • Comfortable learning tools like Clay, Apollo, HubSpot, Apify, and similar tools
  • Clear communicator who can follow processes and improve them over time

Nice to Have

  • Experience with Clay, Apollo, HubSpot, Apify, Zapier, or Make
  • Understanding of lead enrichment, email verification, inbox warmup, domains, and deliverability
  • Experience writing or editing cold email copy
  • Interest in B2B sales, lead generation, growth, or revenue operations

Time Commitment

Part-time, flexible hours. Estimated 5–10 hours per week to start, with the potential to expand over time.
