Summer Two Week Event Staff for Graduations
Looking for a summer job that’s actually exciting? Join Northwest Events and become part of the crew behind some of the biggest graduation celebrations in the Puget Sound area.
We’re hiring Summer Event Crew members for our graduation season running from May 24th through June 18th. This is high-energy overnight work helping run all-night graduation events for schools across the region. If you enjoy fast-paced environments, working with people, music, and being part of a team, this could be the perfect fit.
No experience is needed — we train everything on-site at our Lynnwood warehouse.

One night you may be setting up casino tables, the next you may be operating inflatables with over a hundred students at a packed event.
Even better - many of our crew members work the season alongside their friends. If you know reliable people looking for summer work, you’re welcome to apply together.
