Quotations Specialist

A Quotations Specialist is responsible for preparing accurate price quotes and estimates for customers based on products, services, and company pricing guidelines. This role works closely with sales, customers, and vendors to ensure timely and professional quote preparation while maintaining strong customer service and attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare and process customer quotations and pricing requests
  • Review product specifications, pricing, and customer requirements
  • Communicate with sales teams, vendors, and customers regarding quotes and pricing information
  • Maintain accurate records of quotes, orders, and customer information
  • Follow up on pending quotations and assist with order processing
  • Ensure quotes are completed accurately and within deadlines
  • Update pricing spreadsheets, databases, and documentation
  • Provide excellent customer service and support

Skills and Qualifications

  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Customer service experience preferred
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Outlook
  • Basic math and data entry skills
  • Previous experience in administration, sales support, estimating, or quoting preferred
