ROLE

  • Scout for up-and-coming artists, producers, and writers that the company can consider for signings.
  • Maintain a database of charting producers and songwriters + ideate ways for the roster to collaborate with them.
  • Give feedback on songs being created by our clients and learn more about the process of record making and deal negotiating.
  • Identify up-and-coming artists that our producer roster could collaborate with.
    Identify creative content and marketing strategies being utilized by
    other artists.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • An unwavering passion for music discovery + a diverse musical palette.
  • A general understanding of how to find unsigned artists on social media, blogs, DSPs, etc.
  • Must be proactive, detail oriented, and possess good follow-through while adhering to deadlines.
  • Strong organization skills.
    Must be reliable and have a genuine passion to break into this industry.
  • Candidates must be able to handle confidential information.
