Outpatient Orthopedic Physical Therapist
Viva 3 Physical Therapy is seeking a motivated and compassionate Part-Time Physical Therapist to join our thriving outpatient practice in the Katy/Fulshear/Richmond area. We welcome applicants who currently hold a permanent Texas PT license, as well as graduates interested in obtaining a temporary license with the intention of taking the NPTE this July.
This is an excellent opportunity for a clinician who wants mentorship, hands-on outpatient experience, and the chance to grow in a supportive, patient-centered environment.
About Our Practice
Viva 3 Physical Therapy is a lively, community-based clinic focused on personalized care with a low patient-to-therapist ratio. We provide individualized treatment and evidence-based rehabilitation in a positive atmosphere where patients and staff thrive. Our specialties include orthopedics, sports medicine, balance/vestibular rehab, neurologic rehabilitation, post-surgical recovery, pain management, and functional mobility.
Responsibilities
- Evaluate and treat patients under Texas PT Practice Act guidelines
- Develop individualized treatment plans and progress patients toward goals
- Provide high-quality, compassionate, personalized care
- Document patient encounters accurately and efficiently (AI-assisted documentation tools available)
- Collaborate with clinic staff to ensure excellent patient outcomes and service
- For temporary license applicants: work under supervision while preparing for NPTE licensure
Qualifications
- Texas Physical Therapist license or eligibility for temporary license in Texas
- PT graduates planning to sit for the July NPTE encouraged to apply
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Passion for outpatient rehabilitation and helping patients return to function, sports, etc.
- Positive attitude, professionalism, and willingness to learn
