Job Description

We are looking for a creative and driven Social Media Video Intern to support our content team in producing engaging short-form videos for platforms like TikTok, Instagram Reels, and YouTube Shorts. Your primary goal is to help increase brand awareness, engagement, and conversions through high-performing video content.
 

Responsibilities

Content Creation & Editing

  • Assist in planning, shooting, and editing short-form video content for social media platforms.
  • Create visually appealing and engaging videos aligned with brand identity.
  • Edit videos using tools like CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro, or similar software.

Content Strategy & Trends

  • Research current social media trends, viral formats, and competitor content.
  • Suggest creative ideas and concepts for new video campaigns.
  • Adapt trending audio, challenges, and formats to fit brand messaging.

Publishing & Optimization

  • Schedule and publish content across TikTok, Instagram, and other platforms.
  • Optimize captions, hashtags, and posting times to maximize reach and engagement.
  • Monitor content performance and suggest improvements.

Collaboration

  • Work closely with the marketing and creative teams to align content with campaigns.
  • Participate in brainstorming sessions and content planning meetings.

Requirements

  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Multimedia Arts, Communications, or a related field.
  • Strong interest in social media, especially TikTok and Instagram.
  • Basic video editing skills (CapCut, Premiere Pro, Final Cut, or similar).
  • Creative mindset with attention to detail.
  • Ability to work full-time and meet deadlines.

Nice-to-Have

  • Experience creating content for personal or brand social media accounts.
  • Familiarity with trends, memes, and internet culture.
  • Basic knowledge of lighting, framing, and storytelling in video production.
