Responsibilities

• Prospect and generate new business through cold calling, texting, email outreach, and networking
• Build and maintain relationships with business owners across multiple industries
• Analyze client funding needs and match them with the best financing solutions
• Collect and organize required documentation for underwriting
• Negotiate terms and guide clients through the funding process
• Follow up consistently with leads and existing clients
• Meet and exceed weekly and monthly sales goals
• Maintain accurate CRM records and pipeline updates

Requirements

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Self-motivated with a strong work ethic
• Ability to work in a high-energy sales environment
• Comfortable making high-volume outbound calls
• Sales experience preferred (MCA, financing, real estate, insurance, or commission sales is a plus)
• Basic understanding of business financing and lending preferred
• Proficiency with Google Workspace, CRM systems, and Microsoft Excel
• Must be coachable, competitive, and goal-oriented
