Sales Coordinator

About the Role

We are hiring a Sales Coordinator to support our sales team on customer orders, communication, and logistics follow-up. This is a customer-facing role with a clear path to grow into a full sales position.

You will work directly with the salesperson you support, learn our products and customers, and gradually take on more responsibility as you develop. This role is a strong fit for new graduates who want to build a career in B2B sales and account management.

What You'll Do

  • Support the assigned salesperson on customer orders from quote to delivery
  • Track order status, shipment schedules, and logistics updates
  • Communicate with U.S. business customers in English on order updates, shipping, and issue resolution
  • Coordinate with internal teams, suppliers, and logistics partners
  • Prepare quotations, customer records, and order-related reports
  • Maintain accurate order and communication records
  • Learn our product lines (receipt paper, carbonless paper, labels) and customer base

What You'll Learn

  • How a U.S. B2B import and wholesale business operates end-to-end
  • Customer communication, account management, and order coordination in a real B2B environment
  • Quotation, pricing, and basic commercial negotiation skills
  • ERP / CRM tools and order workflow systems
  • Supplier and logistics coordination across international shipping

Strong performers transition from Sales Coordinator to Junior Sales to Sales, with full sales account ownership and commission upside.

Who We're Looking For

Required

  • Bachelor's degree (or graduating within the next 6 months)
  • Strong English business communication — able to write professional emails and handle customer calls independently
  • Detail-oriented, responsible, and comfortable managing multiple tasks at the same time
  • Proficient in Excel, email, and standard office software
  • Interested in customer-facing work and long-term growth into sales
  • Able to commute to our New Jersey office on-site (Monday–Friday)

Preferred (any of the following)

  • Internship or part-time experience in sales support, customer service, account coordination, RFQ management, or supply chain
  • Experience supporting B2B clients
  • Familiarity with ERP or CRM systems (SAP, NetSuite, Salesforce, HubSpot, Monday.com, etc.)
  • Mandarin Chinese language ability (a plus, not required)
