GO2 Development Program — Industrial Sales (12–18 Months)
Location: Sulphur, LA
Start Date: Spring or Summer 2026
GO2 is our 12–18‑month development program designed for recent graduates pursuing a career in industrial sales. As a GO2 participant, you’ll receive comprehensive training, hands‑on experience, and dedicated mentorship to prepare you for a full‑time sales role within an assigned territory.
What You’ll Do
- Build foundational knowledge in industrial sales, products, and applications
- Train alongside experienced mentors and sales professionals
- Gain hands‑on exposure to customer interactions, territory management, and solution‑based selling
- Prepare to transition into a full‑time outside sales role upon program completion
What You’ll Need
- Associate degree or technical training in a related field
- Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Distribution, Engineering, Supply Chain, Sales, or a related discipline (preferred)
- Coursework, training, or certifications in Fluid Power, Fluid Process, or Fluid Conveyance (preferred)
- Internship or co‑op experience in sales/distribution or manufacturing (preferred)
- Mechanical interest and aptitude
- Ability to begin in Spring or Summer 2026
- Willingness to relocate for training (12+ months) and for final placement
- Strong verbal and written communication skills; outgoing, friendly, and relationship‑driven
