Role Overview
This intern helps shape how Talos Health communicates its mission, product, and impact to caregivers, partners, and the broader ecosystem.
Key Responsibilities
Draft social media posts, newsletters, and blog content
Support partnership and event promotion
Help manage content calendars and outreach campaigns

Qualifications and Skills
Currently pursuing a degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field
Interest in marketing strategy, content development, and brand positioning
Strong written communication skills and attention to detail
Familiarity with digital marketing channels (email, blogs, social, websites)
Basic experience with Google Workspace, Canva, or similar tools
Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
Self‑motivated and comfortable working in a remote environment
Be familiar with Odoo and understand its processes
Working Conditions and Physical Demands
Safety Requirements: Remote workstations must be free from hazards (tripping hazards, fire hazards, secure power cords).
Security and Confidentiality: Remote employees must protect company data, often requiring secure, private locations.
Equipment: Employees are typically required to have a dedicated workspace with necessary equipment (computer, high-speed internet, phone).
Physical Requirements: minimal lifting, proper supportive chair, good monitor position
Regular breaks and stretching as needed
Travel and Schedule: Travel to events required as needed, 20-40 hour work week, Monday through Friday, 8:30am-4:30pm
Compensation and Benefits
This is an unpaid internship offered in exchange for academic credit, where applicable, and meaningful professional development. While the position does not provide monetary compensation, interns receive hands‑on experience working on real projects within a mission‑driven healthcare technology company.
