We are looking for a sharp, organized person to be the backbone of our non-smoking office. If you love keeping things running smoothly, juggling moving parts, and being the person everyone counts on - keep reading.

 

You'd be working alongside a small, tight-knit team of good people in a stable company that's been around for years. Your work would actually matter here, and you'd see the impact of what you do every day.

 

What you'd be doing:

  • Running daily office operations and customer correspondence
  • Supporting our service and project management teams
  • Managing our CRM, calendars, and contact databases
  • Overseeing company vehicles (insurance, GPS, repairs) and office tech
  • Handling tenant invoicing, rent collection, and lease management
  • Supervising staff (3-4), ensuring that they are using time effectively and meeting goals
  • Renewing licenses, banking, and helping with special projects and annual events

What we're looking for:

  • Associate's degree OR 3+ years of management experience
  • Confident with QuickBooks, MS Office, Google products and CRM systems
  • Strong communicator who thrives in a fast-paced environment
  • Comfortable being the go-to problem solver
