Feed Operations Intern

CPI is seeking a Feed Operations Intern. In the role, the intern will build knowledge and understanding of the operations of a feed mill through the process of manufacturing and delivering feed. This individual will assist with all aspects of our Feed Division from ordering products, maintaining inventory, to logistics and FSMA record keeping. Various projects will be assigned during the internship.

The intern will gain “in the field” operations experience which will require excellent written and verbal communications skills with a focus on customer service. Organizational skills and attention to detail is needed for this internship.

Candidate must be pursuing a degree in animal science or a related field and have completed their sophomore or junior year of academic courses from a university/college OR completed their freshman year of academic courses from a community or trade college. Candidate must be in good academic standing.
