Communications Assistant – Entry Level

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Customer Communication & Engagement:
    Interact face-to-face with customers at live events, retail promotions, and community activations while representing brands professionally and confidently.
  • Brand Representation:
    Help communicate key product information, answer customer questions, and create positive customer experiences through clear and engaging interactions.
  • Campaign Support:
    Assist with the execution of promotional campaigns and event-based marketing initiatives in a fast-paced environment.
  • Relationship Building:
    Develop strong interpersonal and communication skills by building rapport with customers, team members, and event attendees.
  • Team Collaboration:
    Work closely with colleagues to support daily campaign goals, share ideas, and contribute to a positive, team-oriented atmosphere.
