GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES
- Assist Project Coordinator in communication with group leaders.
- Contact National Staff when more materials and/or supplies are needed.
- Setup and coordinate the project office.
- Assist the Project Coordinator in The Portal.
- Host Church Groups as assigned at each project.
- If 21 and meets all MVR standards they must aid in driving the summer staff vehicle while pulling a trailer.
- Other duties as assigned
AT PROJECT EXPECTATIONS
Finance
- Keep daily records of sales and inventory items.
- Keep track of all receipts and record them accordingly.
- Take the lead for the operation of the Marketplace including set-up, operation, and closing.
Administrative
- Prepare reports and other data for the “Back to PC” box to be sent to Headquarters at the close of the project.
- Prepare articles to be inserted in the Group Leader check-out packet.
- Oversee and coordinate all check in procedures and experience.
- Communicate the Daily Schedule.
- Install the encouragram wall.
- Be responsible for training the crew reporter and collecting data from them daily.
- Run presentation software.
- Create signs, labels, letters, and other printed materials for the project.
- Other duties as assigned.
