What You'll Do
- Recruit candidates for school-based positions
- Build meaningful relationships with candidates throughout the hiring process
- Match professionals with opportunities that fit their goals and experience
- Work closely with your team to hit hiring goals and celebrate wins
- Stay connected with placements as a trusted point of contact
What We're Looking For:
- Strong communication and people skills
- Motivated, coachable, and goal-oriented mindset
- Customer service, sales, athletics, hospitality, or leadership experience is a plus
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required
This role includes a base salary plus commission with no cap on earnings.
