We're looking for a Marketing Associate to support the execution of our digital marketing programs. This role is focused on campaign management, marketing operations, and reporting. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience in paid digital marketing, is comfortable working across multiple platforms, and thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. This is a full-time, 100% remote position. We're seeking candidates who can work during Eastern Time (ET) business hours.
Responsibilities
-- Build, launch, and optimize Paid Social campaigns (LinkedIn, Meta, etc.), including writing ad copy and providing creative feedback.
-- Build, launch, and optimize Paid Search campaigns (Google Ads, etc.), including copywriting, keyword analysis, and updating negative keyword lists.
-- Monitor campaign performance daily and make data-driven optimization decisions to improve performance.
-- Draft, build, QA, and send marketing emails in HubSpot Marketing Hub.
-- Maintain marketing operations hygiene in HubSpot (lists, properties, workflows).
-- Coordinate with design and content teams to ensure campaigns are on-brand and on-message.
-- Provide basic copywriting support for ads, emails, and landing pages.
-- Prepare and pull reports on marketing and sales metrics from HubSpot, LinkedIn Ads, and Google Ads.
-- Contribute to the development and testing of landing pages to improve conversion rates.
-- Explore emerging channels to support future growth opportunities.
Deliverables
-- Launched and optimized Paid Social campaigns with effective ad copy and creative input.
-- Launched and optimized Paid Search campaigns with refined keyword lists and performance improvements.
-- Regular campaign performance reports, with recommendations to improve results.
-- Executed email campaigns via HubSpot Marketing Hub.
-- Support in the maintenance of marketing tech stack, particularly HubSpot instance.
-- Contribute to A/B testing initiatives to improve conversion rates and campaign performance.
Technical Requirements
-- Proficiency with HubSpot Marketing Hub and Sales Hub (certification preferred)
-- Experience with LinkedIn Campaign Manager and Meta Ads Manager
-- Experience with Google Ads platform and keyword research tools
-- Familiarity with Google Analytics 4 (GA4) for tracking campaign performance
-- Experience with UTM parameters and tracking setup for accurate attribution
-- Working knowledge of Excel/Google Sheets for data analysis and reporting
-- Ability to use basic HTML/CSS for email template modifications
-- Experience with marketing automation workflows and lead nurturing sequences
-- Comfortable working with CRM systems for lead management and tracking
-- Proficient with video conferencing tools (Zoom, Teams, etc.) for remote collaboration
What You'll Bring
-- 2–3 years of paid digital marketing experience (1 year acceptable if high quality), in B2B or B2C.
-- Hands-on experience with Paid Social and Paid Search platforms including campaign setup, optimization, and reporting.
-- Comfortable operating within HubSpot Marketing Hub and Sales Hub.
-- Proficiency with digital marketing metrics and ability to make data-driven decisions.
-- Strong attention to detail, ability to juggle multiple priorities, and a collaborative mindset.
-- Experience with A/B testing methodologies and conversion optimization.
-- Reliable high-speed internet connection and home office setup suitable for remote work
-- Ability to work effectively during Eastern Time (ET) business hours
Nice to Have
-- Comfortable setting up and reporting from Google Analytics 4 (GA4).
-- Experience with Metadata.io or other B2B demand generation platforms.
-- Understanding of marketing attribution models and tracking customer journeys.
-- Experience with landing page optimization and conversion rate optimization (CRO).
-- Basic HTML/CSS knowledge for making minor landing page adjustments.
-- HubSpot certifications (Marketing Software, Content Marketing, etc.)
-- Experience with project management tools like Asana, Trello, or Monday.com
